clover SEMI-INTEGRATION rest api v1

Hello, I am currently using Clover's semi-integrated REST API v1. I was able to successfully use it with my test mini Clover device on the sandbox environment. However, when I tried to use the API endpoint api.clover.com/connect/v1 in the live environment, I encountered a 504 Gateway Timeout error https://api.clover.com/connect/v1/device/status. Can you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

did you confirm the device ID was changed and you are using the correct keys?
