It has been 7 days since we have movement on this - if we have a DEFECTIVE Clover Flex 3 demo unit then we need to know - but a video does not resolve our issues and we have successfully developed on Clover for years so this concerns us with this new model. Please address the issue explained above with USB connection not functioning. We have provided details above. Even Clover's own apps (sale app, charge) are not working on the Clover Flex 3. It is connected to Wi-Fi and updates state that they were successful.
Please assist us.
You are certain you have the debug cable turned the correct way in the flex to enter debugging mode.
