Regarding PIN Bypass transaction for REST Pay

Does REST Pay with Clover Flex support PIN Bypass transactions for online PIN and offline PIN?

@hsukhwa It is possible to do a PIN bypass and sign instead on most branded debit cards in the US. To turn on or off,
on the web dashboard: Setup App > Payments > Pin Entry
on device: Settings > Payments > Pin Entry
