App Webhook URL Change

If I edit my app to use a different URL for webhooks, does it take effect immediately? Do we need to do anything so merchants that have already downloaded the app have their webhooks sent to the new URL? I dont think we do need to do anything in regards to the second question but wanted to make sure.

Guessing Clover will need to approve it before it is live. Just keep the old url active, you can turn it off when you notice traffic to the new url.
