How to make is_billabe True on Sandbox account.

Hello there!

I need to test the payment process of my application and I want to enable a test payment in developer account or sandbox account. So How can I test the payment with test card number.

Sandbox doesn't have a processor and we are unable to enable a processor for it. You can run payments in Sandbox but they do not actually process. Also, we do not have testing setup for merchant billing in Sandbox.
