We have been using the .Net Clover Connector with secure network pay display for years without any problems with multiple clover devices connected. As of sometime this week a few of our clover devices are not returning the externalReferenceId on vaulted card sales and instead returning a null value. Some of the devices are still consistently returning the correct externalReferenceId while others are consistently returning null. Looking at the transportation logs the externalReferenceId still seems to be being sent to the devices with the sale request but not returned with the sale response. Our externalReferenceId are normally a 7 character string. We have not modified any code lately.
