Setup fails on Install apps process on Clover Station Duo

My Dev Kit Clover Station Duo is stuck on "Installing apps..." during setup with the below error:

Download unsuccessful
Application download has failed:
Clover(com.clover.engine):2206(2002)
Please try again.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
