How to differentiate Delivery Order and Pickup Order on Clover?

What should be done while creating an order?

I create a custom order using platform API on Clover

Please tell me what should I do while creating the order so that I know whether the order is delivery or pickup

And if there is a delivery order, where to pass the delivery address?
