RESOURCE_CONFLICT error 503 DevKit

I just did a clean install (even factory reset my devkit) and I keep getting the following error.

Not really sure where to go from now.

Could you try making a call to `v1/device/reset` to get everything in a fresh state.

It seems to have work, I also waited 1 hour and the device acts differently. Maybe a combination of both!
