We recently started using Heartland Retail on our 2 iPad registers with 2 clover minis as our customer facing displays and credit card processing machines. The clover minis appear to work fine at times with Heartland and then not respond to ticket updates from Heartland at all at times. Sometimes when a new ticket is started in Heartland the cloudpay app will automatically open on the clover mini as if it's getting instructions to work, but it won't display the items on the ticket or allow a credit card to be used to pay when credit card tender is selected. We've had our network examined intensely. No problems there. We've had Heartland look at the issue and they can't find any problems on their end. We've tried the connecting the minis via wifi and ethernet. No change. We've set both the minis and iPads to have static IPs. No change. Could I have 2 faulty Clover Minis? Has anyone else seen a problem like this?
