How to cancel a merchants app subscription?

Hi Everybody,


Im not sure if we have control over a merchants subscription for our App but is there a way from the Developer dashboard to cancel a merchants subscription or would this need to be done on their end?

Yes, this would need to be done on their end. Is there a specific case in which you would want/need to do it yourself?

Not that I can think of, A customer of our app was insisting that Clover Support told them it had to be done by us and was just wanting clarification if it could be done on the developer end.

Hmmm, that's odd. The customer should be easily able to do it themselves.
