Flex Gen 2 Dev kit issue

My dev kit says cannot take pin payments...it is not tampered...it has been sitting on my desk since I bought it...how do I get a hold of dev department to discuss resolutions?

It may still be tampered. Can you post a screen capture of message you're seeing?
