WebHooks calling service that requires OAuth

Hi We are looking into using the clover web hooks but I have so far been unable to figure out how to call an endpoint service that requires an Oauth call for security. Is there a way to configure web hooks to be able to make the Oauth call and get the bearer token from the response and then use that token for the API call ?
