how to I get Api token after creating an App

I have created an app in sandbox.clover but it's not showing any option for the Api token so we want you to lead us to that token or tell us how to get it and if you can tell me if this api token is same as to be used for bearer token for rest api's

You need to install your app onto your test merchant (https://docs.clover.com/docs/merchant-interaction#installing-your-test-app) and then obtain an OAuth token via the OAuth flow: https://docs.clover.com/docs/using-oauth-20.
