Trying to use the clover emulator

We setup a test app on the production site and are trying to open the same app on the clover emulator on GM using the clover emulator software from the app store. Once we upload we can see the app listing on the store but we cannot actually download the app into the emulator. Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?
