Intact IQ / Clover Mini Setup?

Hi

We are currently in the process of linking our Clover Mini to Intact IQ, although we are having some issues here.

Intact have advised that the setup is complete on the IQ side, so they suspect that the problem is relating to the Clover machine.


  1. We are using the Network Pay Display App, and following the guide which was provided to us has resulted in us getting to the stage which can be seen in the attached image (apologies for quality) Screenshot (332).png
  2. From here, if we select “Initiate Pairing” this results in a QR code appearing on-screen.
  3. Selecting the “Start” button returns us to the device’s home screen.
  4. On the IQ side, when attempting to complete a sale with the Clover payment type, we get stuck on the "Connecting to Clover Device screen.


Does anyone have any advice they can offer here? We have 2 x Clover devices, with each one split between 2 of the 4 tills. The connection method at the moment is as follows:

Clover Mini -> Ethernet cable -> Local Network -> PC via wireless connection.

Have you tried selecting the start button (instead of initiate pairing)?
