I sold a customer a Clover Account for processing on their website, however they are unable to do so and when I spoke to support I was told they need integration. Can someone please assist?

It is difficult to answer this question without information about the needs of the customer. If they simply want to take payments on their website (without Clover orders, inventory, etc.) then our Hosted Checkout feature is the easiest path forward - https://docs.clover.com/docs/hosted-checkout-api.. The party that built the customer's website should be able to integrate this into their site relatively easily.

We are having problems getting that information from your link - experiencing a 404 error (we have the API from Clover) and need more help understanding how to do it (do you have any examples of someone who has done it? video tutorial?)

We do not have a video at this time. I have done it numerous times. Can you provide details on the steps you have taken and what request you are getting a 404 on.

We have our web site set up on Wix, as a Business Unlimited and using Ecwid(Clover) as our online eComm. We want to upgrade to a Wix Premium Plan and us the Clover API to accept payments (getting rid of Ecwid to streamline), not using any of Wix's expensive choices they have listed, this is where we need help. and this is the link that we getting the 404 ....See Take payments on your website with Clover for more information about the feature.

That sounds like what is needed. Is Hosted Checkout in the ecommerce category?

This is an API that the merchant (or the developer that built the merchant's site) can use. It is a direct Clover offering (not a third party app). Some technical knowledge is required in order to implement this.

Clover has a payment links feature - https://blog.clover.com/ca/give-your-customers-more-ways-to-pay-with-clovers-online-payments-links-feature/ as well as the hosted checkout feature already discussed here, as well as a WordPress plugin - https://docs.clover.com/docs/woocommerce

It is scheduled to be available next month, for now you would need to use the hosted checkout.
