Hosted Checkout AVS code and blocking cards

For the hosted checkout API, I have two questions:

1) Is there a configuration somewhere to disallow transactions where the card doesn't match the zipcode, based on the AVS info?

2) Can we blacklist card numbers?

There's another payment API service that has a dashboard where you can block cards from future transactions and deny transactions when the zipcode doesn't return as matched for the given card. I'm wondering if Hosted Checkout has this functionality.

1) The merchant can control this via their dashboard. I think it is under setup - fraud tools.

2) I don't think they can blacklist cards, but that may be a future feature (not certain).
