Sale Prompt suppression not working after android 10 Update

Hi

We used the code snippet mentioned in this post to suppress the sale prompt the sale prompt when a card is dipped or swiped when our application is in the for ground, Now it is not working as expected after the android 10 update of the clover mini,

If the sale app is not running on the background and when the user dips the card at the first the broadcast is suppressed but the next time when the card is taken back and then dipped again the sale card prompts. and the broadcast is not received by IntentSuppressionService.
