We process online payments through iframe implementation.
Some of our merchants are seeing an elevated number of chargebacks particularly due to 3D Secure failure.
I see that 3D Secure is not currently implemented on Clover E-Comm, but is on the roadmap.
Can you please explain the following:
1. if a customer has "3D/VerifiedByVisa/Master" enabled on their card, will the online transaction be processed or declined by default on Clover E-Comm, provided all other checks pass (cvv, avs)?
2. Does each chargeback have to be manually invoked by a customer, OR are you aware of any card issuers that may auto-initiate a chargeback due to failure of 3D Secure?
