Service Plan can not be modified on Sandbox Dashboard

We can not modify our Test Merchant's ( K1TG50A56FF01 ) Service Plan
It is stuck at " Register Lite Bundle" and we need to change it to " Register Bundle".
Can anyone provide help to change this ?
I assume it can be done from Clover backend system.
