Clover Diagnostics App launching randomly

Since the OS update last week we've got a client in the US who's complaining that the Diagnostics app is launching every few hours randomly.

We have an app that's running in the foreground and preventing the screen from going to sleep, but our app hasn't changed in quite some time and definitely not since last week.

I don't have a lot more info about this, unfortunately, just wondering if anyone has come across this before? Is there a bug that has been reported?

Basically, this screen launches by itself every few hours since Wednesday the 3rd November 2021:

I asked support about this and they haven't heard of any similar reports. In a private post can you provide the merchant id? Do you know what device type? Can the merchant send the logs after the issue occurrs?

If the merchant can provide a screenshot that would also be helpful.
