The Help button on my Clover Mini Dev Kit stopped working

The Help button on my Clover Mini DevKit stopped working. Tapping it does nothing. It had worked previously. The device is connected to the internet and is able to make payments. Any ideas why it stopped working?

There has been some work going on with the Help app. I believe the old help app was renamed to diagnostics. Do you see the diagnostics app on your device?
