I have a merchant who owns a large Spa Salon, they pre-sale packages for services, An example who be customer buys a package of 5 massages and 5 manicures. They use one of each and have 4 remaining. Clover has no way of managing, reporting, or tracking the unused services. Does anyone know of any product they can use?
If you want a free and rough way of doing this, until you find a better solution: use the customer notes section to save the number of packages a given customer has left.
It's not pretty or flashy, but it might do until you find a permanent solution.
