How to force pin entry on Debit Card transaction

Hello,

We need to make sure that the Pin is entered for a Debit Card transaction but right now the the SKIP button displays and the customer can click it and continue with the transaction without entering the pin. We are using remote-pay-cloud 4.0.2 and tried the setForcePinEntryOnSwipe method but it does not seem to be supported?

Is there any other way we can accomplish this?

Hi,

You might want to try enabling PIN entry on your clover mini using the following steps:

  1. Open the Setup app
  2. Tap Payments
  3. Tap PIN Entry
  4. Select
    1. Prompt for PIN: Enables PIN entry on this device
  5. Tap Save
