App Approval

Hi, We have been waiting for App approval on our app for the last 12 weeks, and we have received no updates. Our App ID is 39ZEMJQ1N8TJT. Can we get this app approved as soon as possible?

Hello and thank you for reaching out. We have a bit of a queue that we are working through, I will have a partner success manager reach out to you shortly with an initial review of your app.

In the mean time please go through your app and ensure that any and all steps to ensure compliance with Clover requirements for the privacy policy, TOS/EULA, and functionality are complete.

If you application is a semi-integration, please note that most semi-integrations do not require additional API's as the clover device is used almost exclusively to process transactions. If your app in general does require permissions please be sure to show the use and purpose of those requested permissions thoroughly and explicitly in the functional review video
