Changing the service plan in Sandbox Env is not working

Hi,

I want to upgrade our TestMerchant account (Z1FHGK08SWPG1) to the Register Lite plan but the buttons don't seem to be working.

How do I upgrade?

I have Changed your plan to Register Lite CA . Please check

It looks like it is working.

problem -> the notes app could **NOT** be be verified during the download and halted the rest of the apps from downloading. I uninstalled and retried and it worked. Not a big deal just thought I would mention it.

Are you doing this from the device? Can you try doing it from the dashboard?

Both from a device and the dashboard.

Device = Station Duo -> the app keeps crashing.

Portal = Chorme, Brave, + Edge. -> disabled extension then retried. The buttons will not click. There are exceptions in the console.

Thanks, can you try this from the device again and provide us with a log dump (adb logcat)?
