Clover Duo - Scan prompt only works on larger screen not on Customer Facing Unit (Dev Env)

When processing a sale using the Register app on a Duo Dev kit, we are trying to have the Customer Facing Unit prompt for the card scan but it continues to prompt on the merchant screen.

Any Ideas?
