do not see my hybrid app in app market for new merchant on sandbox

As admin, I uninstalled my app on my mini. tried to connect and download the latest apk. it was stuck on download for a long time. over 10 minutes. I restarted my mini and its gone from app market on my device and in sandbox website for this merchant. The other devices for this merchant do not see the app either. All my other merchants do have the app in app market. do i have to sideload the app onto my device so that it is available to all the devices for this merchant?

Apps shouldn't be available in the App Market in sandbox. I am not sure what you did to cause that. I would install the app from the dashboard.
