How to configure internal Clover Mobile's scanner?

Hi, I'm facing a problem with scanning QR-codes from smartphone screen. If a smatphone screen has low brightness, internal scanner of Clover Mobile can't read a QR-code from it.

Is there any option to somehow configure the scanner like external scanners?

No, you can't configure it. It can sometimes help to reduce the complexity of the QR code.

So, the only working solution is to ask our mobile app's user to increase screen brightness, correct?

I know very little about the specific problem you are having. If you say that increasing brightness helps, okay. I also made another suggestion above.
