We got a semi integration using remote-pay-cloud 3.1.0 via network pay display.
1 (and only 1) of our merchants got problem with closing out: clover api responds to our POS with a success but it doesn't actually do anything; the merchant has to explicitly close out the batch from close app on the terminal. All other API functions, sale, refund,... are working fine with that merchant's terminal; only closing out has the problem; and none of our other merchants has the problem.
What could be the reasons?
We guess it's probably some setting on the Clover account of that particular merchant, but couldn't figure out.
