Can I get the Order Labels app pushed to my dev kit?

We are trying to develop an integration with the Order Labels app and to avoid the delay in testing through production is it possible to have the Order Labels (https://www.clover.com/appmarket/apps/YF0JQBKZHN8T2) app pushed to my dev kit? My dev kit merchant ID is EZT63F08KRCWR
