Approval time - +7 months?

Hello, we submitted our app 7 months ago, is it normal that we still got no contact from Clover since then?

No, that is not normal. What is your app id and have you tried contacting appmarketbusiness@clover.com?

It took us 6 months to get our app approved and we already had other apps in the marketplace so we were not new developers. Clover really has to improve this process. It was also very difficult to get a response from appmarketbusiness@clover.com because most of the emails went un-answered:-((((

Is there anything we can do ? I did email them a few times.

I have contacted some people that work on app approvals and hopefully they can provide you with an update soon.
