I'm using Remote Pay iOS + Clover Mini 2 (Flex 2)
I have an order with debit card
- Amount: $2
- Tip: $10
=> Total: $12
After closeout, I take the refund as following:
- Partial refund: e.g. $5, I got the message in the response: "This payment can no longer be refunded back to the card. Refund customer via manual refund or in cash."
- Full refund: $12 => Success
This issue occur on the production environment of my customers (real merchant) as well as on the sandbox environment.
I can't found any document related to this issue.
