Fast ordering exits ap randomly on tablet

Hi, I have downloaded fast ordering app on a brand new samsung tab a 8inch and was working fine. Did system update as suggested and now fast ordering app either keeps crashing or randomly exit the app itself, click back on on an app and works for a while before does the same again. Did reinstalling app, didn't help. Can you guys help?

Can you explain what the Fast Ordering app is?
