As part of the clover integration process, all the API calls are working on mid.. Would like to understand if a merchant has multiple locations..
- How do we get the data for each location.. I haven't seen any filter on APIs?

Each merchant will have a distinct Clover uuid which is in the path of every request.
One follow-up question on that, where do we have an endpoint to get all list of merchants for a customer?. Because a customer signup with us first and then we add their locations. Is the format we are thinking
No such endpoint exists. A merchant (location) will install your app, and then be redirected to your site url. At which point you can associate them however you would like internally within your app.
The app does allow us to map multiple merchants? Can we pass anything specific in the URL specific to every customer to identify the merchant belongs to a customer? Or once we onboarded, we could map?
