fetching orders for past three years testing

Hi,

I have created a script which allows me to fetch orders of past three years from clover .I need orders of past three years to store records of products sales history.I wish to test this script by fetching past three years data. So in my sandbox account is there a way that I can create dummy orders with "clientCreatedTime" with past dates?

For example I wish to create order with clientCreatedTime = 1st January 2020. Is it possible?
