Stuck on Enter Passcode

I have old Clover Dev Kit which is stuck on enter Passcode. I have tried admin PIN and also tried creating new employee and its PIN.

Because of this, I am not able to associate the device with my test merchant.

Will factory reset help?

I am not sure about a factory reset, you can give it a try though.

Do you still have access to the dashboard? If so have I think (not certain) you can reset the manager pin there.

I tried that as well. I have one more clover device and the same pin works. The not working device is not connected to my sandbox merchant.
