Core Payments App Update Stuck Installing

I have a bunch of app updates pending on one of my emulators (Sandbox) and it's getting stuck installing "Core Payments".

Anyone seen this? Know how to resolve/skip it? I can't even find "Core Payments" on the list of apks to try manually installing :/

Anyone? Could we at least confirm what the package is that relates to "Core Payments" so we can maybe sideload it?
