404 when setting a new brand mini 2 up

I got a new brand device (mini 2), while it is updating I'm getting 404. (I already added the device on Sandbox and assigned to it a merchant)

Have you tried more than once? If you have and it continues to fail can you grab the device logs?

how can we grab the device logs if we cannot set it up as a developer device yet?

Are you sure this is a devkit? You should be able to connect the device and run "adb logcat" during setup.
