I can not disassociate the dev kit

I tried to to disassociated the devkit but I 403 forbiden. please advice

Are you logged in as the owner of the developer account?

Yes, I logged in as the owner developer account, but it was associated with a subaccount in my team. It does matter if my team account was logged in or owner account. We can not disassociated.

Is there way you can disassociate from your end?

I disassociated the device for you. You should be able to reassociate it. I am not certain what happened to your developer account but it seems to have been corrupted some way.
