Station Pro - Customer Facing Showing our App After payment

One of our customers reported that after initiating payment from our app, the Customer Facing Mini shows the payment process. But after the process, the customer facing Mini continues to show our app. The Merchant facing side is left with the default screen.

Any comments on this? This seems like a recurring issue or something that is not correctly documented

No, we have reports of this happening with the stock app, but that is the only app we have seen this behavior with. Per your screen shot it looks like the merchant is also using the stock app.

Any root cause for the stock app having this issue? Perhaps its its the same root cause for us too.

Thank you for the report. We have an open issue to investigate this. I can't provide you with an estimate on when we will be able to take a look.

Hi David,

Any update on this issue? We got another report of merchant having somewhat similar issue. Occurrence rate is now 4 out of 10. This time it was reportedly seen by a FIS Sales agent as well. Details will be in protected comment next. The description they provided was:

The client has a Clover Duo (This has both employee and customer facing devices) When we use the app to process a payment with services, it locks up the customer facing device. The screen for the employee transfers to the customer facing device and we have to restart it."

No updates. I would try to repro it in sandbox. If you repro it in prod and you want logs you will need to send us the logs via the help app.
