I recently setup my first Clover Station Pro. Within the first 45 days, merchant has reported that the Clover Station suddenly powers off, but the tethered Clover Mini remains on.
We attempted to troubleshoot the issue with Clover Support and they couldn't figure out the issue and ended up sending a replacement Station & Mini, no printer replacement. A few days later the Station suddenly powered off again and Clover Support sent another Station, no mini or printer replacement. In both instances while the replacement devices were in transit the Stations eventually turned on.
Has this issue been reported by other Merchants using the Clover Station Pro?
