Transaction Failed: Device Error

Hi

I am getting following error when i click Finish Sale or Check out button.

Transaction Failed: Device Error.

Remote-Pay- Windows - C#

Using Clover Mini device - USB Pay Display App.

Hi Freedom,

Is this issue still outstanding? If it is, go to the Help app and look for diagnostics. It is a whole bunch of hex data. The hex data might also show up in logcat. Send us the data @ dev@clover.com. See https://help.clover.com/device-diagnostics/?userDevice=mini.

Once we receive that, we can investigate further.

Hi Mark

I did Send diagnostics button in the clover mini device.

Is it enough for you to receive the hex data from my clover mini device or should i do more steps?

Hi Freedom, are you on EU-sandbox? We have identified a potential issue that throws a Transaction Failed: Device Error and are working on a fix.

EU-sandbox? not clear.

Shall i wait for your response for fixing this issue?

I thought to return the clover mini device to clover with in couple of days.

How long it will take to fix this issue. so i can plan to keep the clover mini device with me.
