Our application uses signed (strong-named) assemblies, so we cannot use the unsigned assemblies on GitHub. Are signed assemblies available? Alternatively, is source code available for the SDK, so that we can build signed assemblies?

We'll be releasing an update to the Windows SDK (remote-pay-windows) within the next week which should have full source code and we should also offer signed assemblies at that time.
