Production App preview grayed out

Hello,

I am login in using my owner's account of the app but still the app preview comes grayed out.

It is giving me this error shown in the screenshot attached.

It is askig me that owner needs to adds you as an employee but I am the owner and I confirmed multiple times that I am login in using the owner's account.

Please let me know if any additional information you need.

This message is a bit of a catch all. I recently created an issue to make the message more informative on our end, but I don't think the fix has made it to production yet. It looks like you don't have an enabled subscription tier for your application, which I am guessing is the problem.
