access token for merchant and employee

Hi,

If I have Merchant A and and employee A under this merchant,if merchant and employee both tries to login at the same time both will have different access tokens for the same merchant?

What do you mean by different? The bytes of of that representation of the token are different? What would you do with that information if you knew it?
