order against add or get all discount time api response come {"message":"429 Too Many Requests"}

API Request URL : https://api.clover.com/v3/merchants/{mid}/discounts?access_token={token} Get all discounts or post discount time always this 429 API Response content : {"message":"429 Too Many Requests"} come how can i fix this issue. As per this ref link : https://docs.clover.com/docs/api-usage-rate-limits my limit not cross I have verified but this happen. please suggest right solution for this issue.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

You should be able to inspect the response headers to see which rate limit you are violating. If you want more advice beyond that you will have to provide us with a merchant id and your app id in a private/moderators only post.
