We have been using the Clover Cloud Pay Display via the api for a few weeks during development and all of a sudden it stopped working. We haven't changed anything in our code, so curious if there is a current issue on the Clover side. If there is, is it a one time thing or should we be concerned that this will happen to End Users on a regular basis?
The error message we are getting is: "Error sending alert to device. Device is not connected to server"
