Cloud Pay Display Using API Returning Error

We have been using the Clover Cloud Pay Display via the api for a few weeks during development and all of a sudden it stopped working. We haven't changed anything in our code, so curious if there is a current issue on the Clover side. If there is, is it a one time thing or should we be concerned that this will happen to End Users on a regular basis?

The error message we are getting is: "Error sending alert to device. Device is not connected to server"

Are you on the sandbox environment? This happens in the development environments (such as sandbox), on an irregular basis as new code is deployed, and servers are restarted at times. This is not a regular occurrence in production.
