A bit of context/details might be helpful. Is this a production device? Are you taking payment with a third party, or standard Clover app, which app?
This is a known issue that is being tracked by Clover engineering, I believe a fix has been made and will roll out in October 2020.
@Jacob - do you have a release date for this fix so that we can communicate it with merchants experiencing the issue?
